Computer Cable
Summary:
Computer cable is a cable for electrical equipment. This cable is suitable for electronic computers and automatic instruments with high anti-interference requirements for rated voltage of 500V and below. According to the use of different environments and equipment requirements, cable insulation can be made of polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, cross-linked polyethylene.

Technical parameters
The minimum ambient temperature for regular computer cable laying shall be 0 ℃. Maximum allowable working temperature of cable for a long time:
| Name of insulation material | Maximum allowable working temperature (℃) |
| PVC | 70 |
| Polyethylene | 70 |
| cross-linked polyethylene | 90 |
| Polyolefin Materials | 90、105、125、150 |
| Silicone rubber | 180 |
| Fluoroplastics | 200 |
Minimum bending radius: no armored structure should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable, armored or copper tape shielding structure should not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable.
After stable charging for 1min with DC 500V voltage test at 20 ℃, the insulation resistance shall meet the following requirements:
| insulation material | Minimum insulation resistance MΩ·km |
| Polyethylene, cross-linked polyethylene, fluoroplastics | 3000 |
| Polyvinyl chloride, silicone rubber | 25 |
There shall be no continuous connection between each pair of shields and between the pair of shields and the total shield; the cable between the wire core and the wire core and between the wire core and the shield or other metal layers shall be subject to 50Hz, AC voltage 2000V/1min or 1500V/5min without breakdown.
Polyethylene has high insulation resistance, good voltage resistance, small dielectric coefficient and small influence of dielectric loss temperature and variable frequency, which can not only meet the requirements of transmission performance, but also ensure the service life of the cable. In order to reduce the mutual crosstalk and external interference between the circuits, the cable needs to be shielded. Shielding materials include tinned or non-tinned copper wire, copper tape, copper-plastic composite tape, aluminum-plastic composite tape, etc. The metal tape is produced by winding, and the capping rate should usually not be less than 15%, but specific standards have special regulations, such as TICW/06, which stipulates that the capping rate of shielded metal tape should not be less than 25%; The metal wire braiding production method is adopted, and the braiding coverage rate should not be less than 80%, the coverage rate may not be less than 90%.
The shielding requirements of the cable are respectively adopted according to different occasions: sub-shielding (only the pair group has shielding, and each pair group has shielding), total shielding (the cable only has one layer of total shielding after the cable core is formed), and sub-shielding total shielding (including the above two structures at the same time). According to the higher requirements of users and use occasions, the total shielding structure can adopt a composite shielding method, that is, it contains two layers of shielding, which is composed of a metal tape wrapped around a metal wire braid.
Note: If the cable has a split shield structure, the shield pair should have good insulation performance. The outer side of the split shield needs to be wrapped with polyester tape or other non-hygroscopic tape.
Composition material
Computer cable belongs to the electrical equipment cable, electrical equipment cable structure and composition of the most complex materials, according to the use of temperature, the special requirements of the working environment, computer cable structure of the composition of a wide range of materials, as follows:
| Maximum allowable working temperature (℃) | Name of insulation material | Sheath Material Name |
| 70 | Polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, thermoplastic polyolefin | Polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride |
| 90 | Polyvinyl chloride, cross-linked polyethylene, thermoplastic or thermosetting polyolefin | Polyvinyl chloride, thermoplastic or thermosetting polyolefin |
| 105 | Polyvinyl chloride, thermosetting polyolefin material 1 | Polyvinyl chloride, thermosetting polyolefin |
| 125、150 | Thermosetting polyolefin materials 1 | thermosetting polyolefin |
| 180 | Silicone rubber | Silicone rubber |
| 200 | Fluoroplastics | Fluoroplastics |
| Note 1: For thermosetting polyolefin insulation above 90 ℃, irradiation is recommended for crosslinking, especially for insulation materials with flame retardant requirements. | ||
| Note 2: Except for fluoroplastics and silicone rubber, if the cost is not considered, other sheath materials can be matched and used in cables whose insulation temperature level is lower than that of itself. | ||

Good Cable Made by Huaqiang
Good cable, copper core is the key
High purity oxygen-free copper, anti-aging, high conductivity, low loss. Super current load capacity.
Good cable, low resistance
The resistance is small and the conductivity is higher. The resistance directly affects the consumption of current in the transmission process. The smaller the resistance, the more energy-saving.
Good cable, the insulation layer should be uniform thickness
To prevent breakdown and ensure safety, Huaqiang adopts high-quality equipment to ensure the low eccentricity and uniform thickness of the cable, effectively prevent the breakdown of wires and cables, and ensure safe use of electricity.
Good cable, safety and environmental protection first
Layer by layer testing and conscience checking, Huaqiang insists on defending the quality of national seiko, does not contain lead, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, mercury and other heavy metals, does not contain brominated flame retardants, and does not produce harmful halogen gases and corrosive gases.
